She didn't choose this role
Leigha Alexandra Lowe
Bio: This seventeen year old high school junior used to be all smiles, though shes not as quick to laugh as she used to be. She grew up a single child with no other relatives besides her mother, who was all she ever needed, really. Leigha's mother was, although busy, loving and supportive. She gave Leigha a leg to stand on when she needed it, and Leigha was always extremely grateful for her mom. However, the curiosity that came while thinking of her birth father always seem to nag at her. She spent years looking for her father behind her mothers back, but nothing turned up. She could never talk about the subject with her mom, either- it was always a real emotional topic.
Leigha had always been popular, well liked, and a very preppy, bubbly girl. However, popularity sure had its disadvantages. besides finding her birth father, there was only one thing Leigha was seriously passionate about- her social status. She would play as a "mean girl" to makes sure she kept her role, and had put down a lot of people while she reined. She then started to get involved with drugs, alcohol, sex, ect.. She let peer pressure get the best of her, and although people saw her as a confident, strong leader, she was slowly breaking on the inside. She'd do anything to make sure people liked her, and her mother honestly couldn't figure out why her loving daughter decided to turn to a life of party and drink.
That life style finally caught up to her sophomore year. She'd shown up to a party, dressed, well, how you'd expect young, attention seeking girls to dress. Her friends had convinced her to flirt and tease an older guy- not something she really wanted to do, but went for it anyway. The man obviously wanted to do more then talk and dance, though Leigha shot him down and laughed with her friends. She had no idea what she was provoking. When she went to the bathroom, the man she'd made fun of previously raped her. That's when the piece in her that was barely holding on to self control snapped, and she broke. she never told the police, and went home without telling her friends.
Leigha changed drastically after the incident. Over the summer she cut her long, dirty blond hair, dyed it black, and invested in a whole new wardrobe in hopes of sectioning herself off from everyone else. She came into school this year with a brand knew look and attitude, and people constantly wonder what happened to the old Leigha that people came to love and resent. Her style and reserved attitude places her as an outcast, and that's just what she wanted- for people to leave her alone so that she wouldn't have to deal with drama or peer pressure.

Fashion magazines line the walls now
The walls line the bullet holes
personality: Leigha used to be known for her outgoing, loud, mean girl attitude and used to be happily labeled as a "prep" or "popular". this year, however, shes completely changed. She tries to steer clear of the people she used to hang out with, and has made a few, meek attempts to mend things with the ones she hurt. She is reserved, but used to be way to overly dependent of her followers. Now she's a loner, but is independent and stronger then ever. if you do get to open her up, you'll see she is funny, sweet, and stubborn as a mule. She doesn't let people walk on her, if she can help it. Shes also very opinionated now that she can fully be herself, and is passionate about things that she had been kept away from while apart of the crowd. She isn't afraid to argue her beliefs, and is actually pretty cool. She still resents herself for her past but is happier then she's ever been.
friends: She would have a lot of ex-friends, but now she is starting fresh and has no one. Now that she's allowing herself to be herself, she'd make a much better companion then she did before. I'd love to have a close guy friend, maybe someone she used to bully, but he cut her some slack and realized that she is actually pretty cool. She's a musician and a artist to, so theres something to bond over.
enemies: She'd have ex-friends, people she had used or put down when she had been popular. Maybe someone who holds a grudge, or her old friends now bully her becuase she's an outcast.
lovers: Leigha is very independent now, and has a habit of pushing people away to deal with her own problems. She feels like she doesn't need a boyfriend, or anyone, to make her happy, which may be hard when it comes to dating. However, get to know her and she is a total sweetheart, and would make a good girlfriend. However, she's a bit scared of getting close to boys becuase of what happened to her, but that doesn't mean one shouldn't try!
